ITEM DESCRIPTION::
Our tumblers are handmade by using a sublimation process to prevent fading and peeling and also includes a reusable plastic straw.

HOW TO ORDER::
With personalized items, please add them one at a time with design/name to ensure correct design/name matches. Otherwise you will be sent multiple tumblers with the same design choice and name.

PRODUCTION::
Items typically take 1-3 business days to process however we strive to ship product out as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING::
Please make sure your address is correct!! Once item is shipped we would not be able to cancel it.

NOTES::

Please keep in mind all items are handmade and while we strive for perfection, there may be rare instances where there are minor imperfections. As always, please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order.
